Karen has been working for the past seven years in a clinical setting focusing on deep tissue massage and has taken courses in Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release Therapy to help advance her manual therapy techniques. She also has practical experience with Ultrasound, Laser Therapy and Interferential Current.
She volunteered as a student with the Mohawk Men’s Varsity Soccer team and the Mississauga Twin AAA Baseball Team as their Sports Injury Therapist. After graduation, Karen opted to stay with both teams for an addition two years, volunteering her services.
As a Registered Massage Therapist and Sports Injury Therapist, Karen has had the opportunity to working alongside Olympic, World and National athletes in a clinical setting to help with soft tissue manipulation, stretching, strengthening and increasing performance.
In June of 2014, Karen along with her co-worker and friend Gina started KGC Therapy.
Working alongside her clientele she aims to provide personalized treatment plans that are tailored to individual client's needs. She enjoys assisting people in regaining mobility, strength, function and providing education on how to prevent injury recurrence by providing home care exercises and treatment plans.
Karen is committed to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. In her spare time, Karen likes to go walking, doing the mountain stairs (in Hamilton) and TRX training. Karen also participates in the Army Half Marathon held in Ottawa, Ontario on a yearly basis. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
She finds that she never tires of the smiles and joy expressed by client’s about how good they feel following a massage treatment. She leans toward treating the body as a whole; physically & spiritually.
Gina had worked in one clinic for her massage therapy career until the opportunity to become a clinic owner was presented to her this past spring. With little hesitation she jumped in, partnering with her long time colleague & friend Karen Corlis. Gina is always looking to improve her skills and offer more to her clients growing needs. She has enhanced her massage therapy skills with courses in Soft Tissue Release, Electro-Therapeutic Point Stimulation (ETPS), Thai Stem massage and is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
In her free time, Gina enjoys travelling abroad or exploring local areas of interest with her husband Willy.
She specializes in deep tissue and prenatal massage. Candace has acquired the experience over the past 5 years and treats all patients professionally and respectfully. Her goal is to provide wellness and help educate patients on the importance of receiving Massage Therapy as part of a healthy lifestyle.
In her free time Candace enjoy's fishing, camping and spending time with her boyfriend and friends.
In 1992, she decided to venture into the world of private practice and opened her own clinic in Dundas. Over the next 19 years, the clinic became successful and well known in the Dundas area. She sold the clinic in 2011, when her family life began placing increased demands on her time. However, she could not stay away from doing the work that she loves, and helping people achieve an improved quality of life.
Milena has regularly updated her physiotherapy skills through numerous post-graduate courses, developing skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription, physiotherapy modalities such as laser, ultra sound, electrotherapy, and acupuncture. She has worked with all age groups, dealing with a wide variety of physical conditions. She aims to improve her patients' quality of life by improving their function and promoting active participation in their recovery and management of their own condition. Patient education is an important aspect of her intervention.
In her free time, Milena loves to travel and spend time with her family.
After practicing for one year in Brantford, Ontario, Dr. Cull moved her practice to Hamilton and worked part time at a clinic in Binbrook.
She is currently practicing in Hamilton as well as part time at a clinic in Cayuga.
Dr. Cull is committed to helping her patients reach their health goals through education along with Chiropractic adjustments. She believes that even small changes in lifestyle can make a great difference in a patient’s health and quality of life.
She uses Diversified, Thompson, and Activator techniques. She believes that every patient is different and treats them as such.
Dr. Cull leads an active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys running, hiking and playing hockey.
Kaitlin studied classical ballet throughout most of her life and taught youth dance classes while in university. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and dog, traveling, cooking and cheering for the NY Giants.
Kaitlin is especially interested in pelvic rehabilitation and enjoys taking continued education courses to further her knowledge in various areas. Kaitlin is rostered to perform internal assessments of pelvic floor muscles. Kaitlin enjoys helping her patients return to their favourite hobbies and recreational activities and is very excited to be a part of the KGC Therapy team!
She has attended several postgraduate courses including Active Release Techniques, Graston Technique, and she is a graduate of the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program. She integrates all of these techniques to provide individualized, evidence based care, specific to her patients’ needs.
Dr. MacAulay believes in an active approach to healthcare and prevention. Her personal interests include strength training with CrossFit, baseball, rowing, mountain biking and gardening. She enjoys helping her patients continue to do the activities they love by reducing pain, increasing function and preventing injury.
Over the years she has attained many skills and specializes in deep tissue sports related massage. She also has treated many young athletes and welcomes all ages.
Candace also understands the importance of a good relaxation massage and is fantastic at releasing the day to day stress that can build up in the shoulders and back.
Candace enjoys spending time with her family and friends and 2 dogs. She also keeps very active with mountain biking, horseback riding and is a new crossfit athlete.
Specific areas of interest to her include pelvic physiotherapy, pain science, and lifestyle disease management. She is rostered to perform the controlled act of internal pelvic examinations and is able to assist women of all ages and life stages with a variety of pelvic concerns including stress incontinence, urge incontinence, mixed incontinence, prolapse, and rectus diastasis. She has further training in management of incontinence and has also taken courses in soft tissue release techniques, athletic taping, motivational interviewing, and pain science.
Kate played rugby as a teenager for a club and for her high school. She was the first girl to play on the boy's high school football team in her hometown. At this point she enjoys staying active by running and strength training. Kate likes hiking with her husband and traveling to new places. She loves promoting active lifestyles and helping clients participate fully in the activities that they care about most.
Since moving to Canada, Sandeep has been working in the Home Health Care field with all age groups carrying out dynamic, safe and therapeutically beneficiary exercises for individual or a group of residents. Assisting individuals and groups with cognitive, perceptual, exercise and physical programs. He aims to improve the patients quality of life by improving their function and promoting active participation in their recovery and management of their own conditions.
Sandeep's personal interests includes working out, badminton, cricket and spending time with family and friends.
He is very excited about working in a private practice atmosphere with KGC Therapy and looks forward to working with new patients and helping them to reduce pain, increase function and prevent injuries through one on one care and providing them with the home care and knowledge to maintain optimal health.
She enjoys reading, learning new things such as running and cooking. Jennifer enjoys keeping active by doing the mountain stairs inn Hamilton and is excited to take part in her 1st half marathon in November 2017. She also is a big fan of traveling and photographing her family.

Gina Comeau has been a Registered Massage Therapist since graduating from Canadian Therapeutic College in 1998.
Candace Trabucco is a graduate of Ontario College of Health and Technology and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2009.
Milena Szpakowski graduated from McMaster University in 1981 with B.H.Sc. in physiotherapy and worked approximately 13 years in a hospital setting.
Dr. Julie Cull, D.C. graduated University of Guelph in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science and graduated Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College in 2006.
Kaitlin McCarthy received a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Purchase College and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hunter College in New York City.
Dr. MacAulay has been practicing in Hamilton since she graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 2010.

Ingrid Vicente was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and moved to Canada in 2000. Being active is one the things she enjoys most. Ingrid likes to run and ride her bike.
